The new range of Scania bus and coach engines is equipped with Scania EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) to guarantee compliance with Euro 4 emissions requirements at all times and in all driving conditions. This is in conjunction with Singapore going into Euro 4 legislation for all vehicles running on diesel engines.  This state-of-the-art Euro 4 engines combine unique high-pressure injection with EGR technology to meet Euro 4 emission standards without any need for additives. They boast numerous innovative features that enhance fuel economy and uptime, facilitate bodybuilding and further boost driver appeal. Central in this is the new electrical system, which is based on CAN-bus technology.
