New Managing Director for Scania Singapore
Mr James Armstrong takes over as new Managing Director, Scania Singapore Pte Ltd as well as CEO of Scania South East Asia.
Scania Singapore Pte Ltd recently announced the arrival of its new Managing Director, Mr James Armstrong, effective 1st September 2010.
Mr Armstrong takes over from Mr Peter Sjöblom, who has served as Managing Director of Scania Singapore since 1 April 2005. Mr Sjöblom will now assume his new role as Managing Director of Scania Sales (China) Co Ltd,.
Mr Armstrong also takes office as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Scania South East Asia, responsible for the markets of Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Laos and the Philippines.
Mr Armstrong brings with him over 15 years of experience in various positions in the Scania organization prior to his arrival to Scania Singapore, including Managing Director of one of the largest Scania dealers in the United Kingdom and latterly After-Sales Director of Scania Great Britain Ltd as well as Chairman of Scania’s West and Southern European After-Sales Group.
