What makes us so sure? Two main factors: The quality of vehicles - their reliability, durability and economy. And the quality of operational backup - this is just as important as the vehicle. You may keep your vehicle for many years. The way we look after you (not just the vehicles) will determine how well the potential for low overall cost is fulfilled. It's in our interest, as well as yours, to see that we achieve the result you want.
To deliver that promise over the complete service life of your Scania, we have been making vast investments in our network in South East Asia. More outlets. Expanded facilities. Increased staff. Staff training. Long opening hours.
2004 saw the formation of Scania's South East Asia hub. Comprising Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia it emphasizes Scania's strong commitment in developing the truck and bus business in the region. Our network has undergone dramatic expansion in recent years - a trend that will continue apace for some while yet. Currently, we have a vast network of 15 workshops that covers all parts of South East Asia. Our ambition is to run our workshops in the region with the same standards as in Europe.
In addition Scania has a fleet of mobile 24-hour service vehicles on call at all times should assistance be needed. Each mobile unit is fully equipped with tools to get your Scania vehcile on the road again.
If your needs don't seem to be catered for, please do tell us what you want. We can take your business even further. If you let us.
Beacuse your uptime is our business.
